Bravely Resourced Group - Monday @ 6 PM
Join the Bravely Resourced Group, a 6-week initiative designed for adults, focusing on support and psychoeducation around trauma. Held virtually every Monday at 6pm, the group explores the interplay between everyday events, triggers, and trauma responses, fostering a supportive community of learning and growth.
Found In Transition - Wednesdays @ 12 PM
Found in Transition is a Therapeutic Book Club for caregivers of Trans and gender expansive youth.
Held every Wednesday at 12pm, it is a non-judgmental, affirming support group that helps caregivers explore feelings around gender transition while providing resources
for navigating the process.
Financial Considerations and Insurance
Financial accessibility is a priority, with options including BCBS, HP, Aetna, and Cigna insurances and a self-pay alternative at $30/session. This ensures that a diverse group of individuals can benefit from the group’s resources and insights, enhancing their understanding and management of trauma.
Goals of the Group: Validation and Adaptation
Our groups aim to create a space where participants can validate their experiences and adaptations to their current circumstances. The groups encourage self-awareness, resilience, and a deeper understanding of one’s own journey while receiving support from others that may be in a similar situation.
Developing Coping Mechanisms and Mindfulness
Participants will explore and integrate new resources into their routines and self-care arsenal. Participants will gain insights and awareness to support themselves and others.
